  • Conceptual design: Collect and analyze data, culminate design concept, develop plan of actions, estimate preliminary budget, develop time schedule
  • Design development: Develop space plan and furniture/equipment layout, create 2D/3D drawings and other necessary documents, revise budget and time schedule
  • Contractor selection: Introduce/meet potential contractors, provide necessary information/documents to help contractors develop their proposals, assist clients in selecting contractors
  • Material/Furniture/Equipment sourcing: Create virtual shopping carts, go shopping with clients, assist clients’ decision making process, place orders, supervise deliveries and installations
  • Art selection and installation: Propose plans, create/curate art pieces, supervise deliveries and installations
  • Project management: Execute design plans, oversee work performed by contractors/suppliers, manage budget and time schedule



You will need to answer a style questionnaire and provide dimensions and photos of your space.
